Three in four Australians (76 per cent) would like to be headhunted for a better job, according to a survey by career networking site Linkme.com.au. The survey found that 46 per cent of employees have been headhunted into their current positions. "Australia's massive skills shortage means that companies are forced to go to extreme lengths to find staff. The traditional online job ad is no longer delivering," Linkme chief executive Campbell Sallabank says. |
